Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached to avoid processing delays.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
